These terms apply when you use the Kitovo website or any app published by Kitovo (together, “our apps”). Please read them. By using our apps you agree to them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use our apps.
Some apps may show extra terms inside the app. If those conflict with these terms, the app’s own terms apply to that app.
Who we are
Kitovo (“Kitovo”, “we”, “us”) is an independent publisher of Android apps. You can reach us at support@kitovo.in.
Using our apps
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you got the app from, such as Google Play. We may withdraw this license if you break these terms.
Your account
Some apps, such as Cancelly, use an account. Because you sign in with your email address, keeping your email account secure also keeps your app account secure. You are responsible for the information you add to an app. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us.
You can delete your account at any time. Each app’s privacy policy explains what happens to your data when you do.
Acceptable use
When you use our apps, please don’t:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data;
- interfere with, overload or try to get around the security of our apps or the servers they use;
- send spam or harmful content through any feature, such as an app’s email forwarding address;
- copy, resell or redistribute our apps, or reverse engineer them except where the law allows it.
Paid features
Some apps may offer optional paid features. The price and what’s included are shown before you pay. Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google and are also subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies.
Reminders and app information
Our apps are tools to help you stay organized. They rely on the information you give them and on things outside our control, such as email delivery, spam filters and your device settings. We work to make them reliable, but we can’t guarantee that every reminder or piece of information will be accurate, delivered or seen in time.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, including whether to keep or cancel any subscription or trial with a third party. See the Disclaimer for more.
Third-party services
Our apps and website link to, or work alongside, services run by other companies, such as Google Play and the services whose trials you track. We don’t control those services and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Intellectual property
Our apps, this website, and the Kitovo and app names, logos and content belong to Kitovo or its licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond the license above.
Content you add to an app, such as your trials, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the app to you.
Changes to our apps
We may update, change or stop offering an app or a feature. Where a change significantly affects you, we will try to give you reasonable notice.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, our apps and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kitovo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits or data, or for charges made by third parties, including charges from trials or subscriptions that were not cancelled in time. Our total liability for any claim about our apps or website is limited to the amount you paid us for the app or feature concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using our apps at any time and, where an app has an account, delete it. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant we will take reasonable steps to let you know. If you keep using our apps after a change, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
Pending confirmation. The country or state whose laws govern these terms has not been set yet. Until it is, nothing in this section limits rights you have under the laws where you live.
